What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, country, favorite book, reading interests, and anything you include in a book submission.

Why we collect it

To manage membership requests, send the monthly letter, confirm event registrations, and reply to submissions. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade member details, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can email hello@theeuropeanliterarycircle.org at any time to have your record removed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. We respond within 30 days.
